I started playing football at age 8. I played every year until I was 23 years old. From JFL, to high school at Francis Howell, to Missouri Southern State University, and finishing as a professional arena football player in the IFL (Indoor Football League). The game has given me so much over the years. Helping other young football players develop is a way that I can give back to the game.

I work with young players at all positions, using creative drills to improve their position specific athletic ability and skill.
