This HIIT style class has it all!!! Weighted sleds, dumbbells, barbells, battle ropes, power bands, treadmills, air bikes, rowers, and so much more. This class will have multiple formats and each class is an original. You will never have the same class twice! We will attack every muscle group, do some cardio, get a quick water break and do it all over again. Come ready to have a great time in a fast paced, upbeat, energetic atmosphere!!
